You can cancel your order within seven days upon receipt of the goods.


to return an item

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the item, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.


1. You must contact us by telephone or e-mail to notify us that you will be returning the item.
2. Complete the Return Slip of the Receipt.
3. The Return Slip must be included with the goods.
4. Take the parcel to a Post Office.
    You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage which should be retained until the refund is processed.
    Please allow up to 28 days for this.
